All packages include:

·                     Free use of an 0844 number.  (If you decide to use this number directly in adverts, you can’t turn me off to control costs, and the number is mine if we should part.  Discuss it with me if you have questions)

·                     Free family member messages (Please let them know that they must identify themselves as a family member to avoid charges, we don’t mind talking to them.)

·                     Services operate Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.15, we are closed on Bank Holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year.

·                     Transferring  important calls to your mobile - 1 message from call allowance, plus 1 incoming message charge. (2 message charges total)

·                     International patching charges = 3 messages from call allowance  (ie if we must ring you while you are abroad to patch a  call to you. )

·                     Out of hours voicemail - Includes monitoring, and each real messages reported to you as a call.   This is a feature that can be turned off, or you can monitor it yourself free of charge if you wish.

Candelen's pricing is easy to understand. There are not a lot of "bolt-on" charges. There is a monthly fee, paid in advance, and then charges for excess calls, paid in arrears.
